Jeff Hall: Jeff Hall is an Associate Director in Human Performance services with over 30 years of experience with implementing programs to support the start-up, operation, and maintenance of process systems and equipment. He has over 20 years of experience managing projects of up to $125M and leading groups of people ranging from one to over 25 persons. Jeff has an MBA and is an expert in Training Development and Project Management. He uses the skills in these two areas to manage project costs and efficiency. He has used this approach to create focused, effective, and efficient organizations and successful project implementation. He is experienced in auditing, developing programs, and leading projects in GMP, GLP, and GCP environments.
Lisa Saxon: Lisa Saxon is the Head of Manufacturing Technical Operations, Production Scheduling, and Investigations at Biogen’s RTP Site. Over her 18 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Lisa has held roles in various functions across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Project Management, and Clinical Asset Development. Lisa has served as a previous Board Member with ISPE CASA. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University where she also served as ISPE Student Chapter President.
Shelley Preslar: ATC is led by Shelley Preslar, Founder and President, who has been an integral part of Azzur Group’s growth since 2014. Prior to founding ATC, Shelley was the founder and managing partner of Azzur’s Raleigh-based consulting office, which was established in 2014 to build a team specializing in consulting services across the life science industry.

Our model has been developed over the past two decades, during which I’ve had the privilege of serving some of the world’s most prestigious pharmaceutical and biotech companies,” said Shelley Preslar, ATC President. “By bringing client-specific procedures into Azzur’s best-in-class training center, we’ll reduce the burden on our partners, increase their productivity, and ensure the safety of their employees and products.”
Shelley has more than 26 years of FDA-regulated industry experience that includes time spent in both operating companies and consulting companies. She currently serves in several leadership positions with ISPE and PDA at both the local Chapter level as well as the International Level and has been a member in both for over 20 years. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Master’s of Business Administration in Global Management from the University of Phoenix. She is also a proud veteran of the U.S. Army and the U.S. Marine Corps.
Tolga Musa: Tolga Musa is the Head of Manufacturing for Small Scale Manufacturing and Flexible Volume Manufacturing at Biogen's RTP site. Tolga has over 26 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Over the last 17 years, Tolga has held leadership roles across Biogen's manufacturing, engineering, and validation functions. Tolga is a previous At-large-Director for ISPE CaSA. Tolga holds a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
